Project Overview

Cynq-ai approached us to help them establish a polished, future-facing online presence that matched the ambition of their AI-driven work. They needed more than a simple template website—they wanted a custom-built experience that felt sophisticated, modern, and visually memorable.

Our responsibility covered the entire digital experience: from initial visual direction and UX to full front-end build, graphics, and 3D animations across the site. The full project—from concept to delivery—was completed within a tight 2-week timeframe.

Objectives

Our main objectives for the project were to:

Modernize the visual look & feel while staying aligned with Polygon’s brand identity.
Clarify their messaging so visitors can quickly understand what Polygon does and who it serves.
Improve page structure and hierarchy to guide users toward key actions (e.g., contacting sales, exploring solutions, or learning about their technology).
Ensure the website is fully responsive and looks great across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

All of this needed to be done on a tight one-week timeline.

Our Approach

Rapid Audit & Alignment

We began with a quick but focused review of the existing site, identifying what to keep, what to refine, and what to remove. We aligned with Polygon’s team on:

Core user journeys (investors, enterprise clients, partners, developers)
Priority pages and content
Brand personality: innovative, trustworthy, and enterprise-ready

UX Structure & Content Layout

Within the first phase, we refined the structure of key pages, focusing on:

A clearer, more compelling homepage hero that explains Polygon’s positioning in a single glance.
Restructured sections for “Solutions,” “Technology,” and “About” so that each audience can quickly find relevant information.
Stronger placement of calls-to-action to encourage contact, demos, or deeper engagement.
